he Bull's Head Pub - Barnes
The Bull's Head by the River Thames at Barnes is recorded as early as 1684. It is one of the oldest hostelries in Barnes. Rebuilt about 1845 by John Waring, a Queens Messenger, it soon became a well-known staging post where travellers on their way to Hampton Court and beyond would rest, eat and drink whilst the post horses were changed.

The Jazz Room is informal and friendly. It has its own bar where drinks are sold at pub prices. The Bull's Head has maintained its reputations for traditional British food, available both lunchtime and evenings.
The beer at The Bull's Head is brewed by Young & Co. of Wandsworth, who for two centuries have been famed for brewing the best ale in the country.
You can drink it sitting by a crackling fire, listening to the best jazz in Britain.
